Office Support Trainee

The Office Support Trainee Programme is aimed at first- and second-year law students. Working as an office support trainee offers you a front-row seat to the everyday life of a business law firm, and thanks to the diverse work tasks, the traineeship may help you clarify your future career plans. You also get the chance to network with leading professionals in the field and like-minded students from other universities.

Tasks

As an office support trainee, your responsibilities mainly consist of practical matters involved with the daily running of the office. The tasks are diverse and may include, for instance, handling mail, delivering mail and shipments, ordering office products, copying and filling stocks, helping with catering, and organising events. In addition, you help take care of our reception and switchboard. In practice, this means telephone communication, welcoming guests, organising meetings, and taking care of travel arrangements.

Practicalities

The Office Support Trainee Programme usually runs three times a year, starting in January, May, and September. All periods are fixed-term, and the work is part-time during the semester. The working hours will always be agreed on separately, so you will be able to keep up with your studies too.
