Anna is business-minded, has gained experience from an in-house perspective, and advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including copyright, designs, and trademarks, and a variety of IP-related agreements. In addition, she provides advice on a wide array of commercial agreements. She also has experience on questions relating to marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, sales promotions and green claims, and on various matters relating to social media. Anna has a solid understanding of consumer protection laws and helps clients with drafting terms and conditions, regulatory questions, consumer complaints, and everything in between.
