Hannes Snellman Advised Veritas in the Sale of a Major Residential Development

Hannes Snellman advised Veritas Pension Insurance Company in the sale of the majority share in a residential development to Avain Asunnot Oy.

The residential development is located at Manttaalitie Vantaa with approximately 60,000 building right, sqm. The area will be developed into the new Annefred residential area, featuring both owner-occupied and rental apartments for approximately 2,000 residents, along with commercial and office spaces.
