Minna Siekkinen Joins Hannes Snellman’s Competition & Regulatory Team as Specialist Partner

Experienced lawyer Minna Siekkinen has joined Hannes Snellman’s Competition & Regulatory Team as a specialist partner.

Minna specialises in competition law and regulated markets and has versatile experience across a broad range of competition law assignments. She advises clients on merger control and antitrust matters, including proceedings before competition authorities and courts. Her expertise also covers foreign direct investment (FDI) screening, public procurement, and state aid. Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Minna worked at another major law firm in Helsinki.
