EXPERIENCE

Carl-Magnus is heading the Tax practice at the Stockholm office. He has more than 13 years’ of experience as an adviser in the field of Swedish and international corporate taxation. Carl-Magnus has mainly worked with complicated transactions and structuring, but also with tax controversy and day-to-day tax advice.

Apart from his role as an adviser, Carl-Magnus is in great demand for lectures, seminars and round-table discussions both in Sweden and abroad. He has also written a large number of articles on tax and transactions in Nordic trade publications.

Sanna joined Hannes Snellman in September, 2012.

EXPERIENCE

Jeppe Pauli Mønsted specialises in commercial real estate law, in particular sale and purchase of commercial real estate, commercial lease, construction law and public regulation of real estate. He has provided various businesses with legal advise regarding drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements as well as assisting contractors with dispute resolution on contractual obligations.
Jeppe has extensive experience advising Danish and international clients on the specific issues that relate to the sale and purchase of real estate in Denmark.
