Bruce specialises in private and public M&A, corporate law, joint ventures and cross-border transactions. Bruce has considerable experience helping buyers, sellers and investors get what they bargained for in public and private M&A and investment transactions in the UK and Swedish markets. He regularly advises on transaction structure, negotiation strategy and due diligence in international corporate transactions.
Bruce qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2006 and is a European lawyer (EU Advokat) registered with the Swedish Bar Association.
